Lloyd Insulations carries out many turnkey composite projects involving Mechnical fabrication and erection work. Works undertaken are “Design + Build” or Turnkey in nature, executed to meet all relevant codes and standards. 1. We have completed 1000 MW LP Piping Package for O.P. Jindal Super Thermal Power Project A/c. Jindal Power Limited.

   Scope covers Design, Detail Engineering, Preparation of Detailed Layout Drawings, Manufacturing, Testing at Manufacture Works, Assembly, Supply including packing, Forwarding, Transporting, Transit Insurance and loading unloading, comprehensive insurance (storage, erection & commissioning), site erection, testing and commissioning of “Low Pressure (LP) Piping Package” consisting of but not limited to follows systems.

   • CT Blow Down
   • Service Water System
   • Drinking Water System
   • Guard Pond water System
   • Treated Ash Water System  

   The scope also includes Erection, Testing and Commissioning of the free issue equipment like pumps, Stop Log Gates & Coarse Screems, RE Joints etc for 4 x 250 MW O.P. Jindal Super Thermal Power Plant, Tamnar, Raigarh Dist. Chhatisgarh State.  

2. Presently, we are executing CW / ACW Piping Package for 4 x 135 MW Power Plant for Jindal Steel & Power Limited.

   Scope of work of Lloyds for CW/ACW piping package include design, engineering, Rolling & Welding, site fabrication, surge analysis, excavation, laying & backfilling of steel piping of various diameter.

   Scope of Work for Fuel Oil System package includes design engineering, supply, fabrication of 150 cum tank along with oil unloading pumps & instrumentation & other materials to complete the above system.  

3. Laying of 16″ dia Cross Country Pipeline at HPCL – Fuel Oil Installation.  
4. We are presently executing Raw-water Piping and pumping package 4 x 135 MW IPP at Jharkhand valuing Rs.96.00 crores. M/s. Abhijeet Infra Limited

   The scope of this project which is under execution includes design, engineering, procurement, supply, transportation, insurance, storage, providing cathodic protection, excavation, back filling, erection, testing & commissioning in all respects.  

5. M/s. NTECL, Tamilnadu- Presently, we are executing Fire Detection & Protection System Package for (3 x 500 MW) at Vallur Thermal Power Project – valuing Rs.286 million.

   This project is under execution. The scope of work includes Design Engineering on turnkey basis, complete supply, erection, testing & commissioning of Fire Detection and Protection System Package for NTPC, Tamil Nadu Energy Company Limited, Vallur Thermal Power Project (3 x 500 MW)  

6. M/s.UPRVUNL-Presently, we are executing Fire Detection & Protection System package for 2 x 250 MW at Harduaganj Thermal Power Project – valuing Rs.142.6 million

   This job is under execution. The scope of work include design, engineering on turnkey basis supply, erection & testing of equipments of Fire Detection and Protection System for Harduaganj Thermal Power Project (2 x 250 MW).  

7. M/s. NTPC, Rihand – Fire Detection and Protection System package – Stage-III 2 x 500 MW valuing Rs.184 million.
